Stage 1: Set up your fake ID factory
You’ll need a good printer (expensive inkjet or various lasers), and some heavy, shiny white cardstock. Use only genuine designated inks as determined by fake id manufacturers to ensure your prints come alive.

Stage 2: Find the fake ID layout you really want

Stage 3: Changing the Format in Photoshop

Stage 4: Print Your Horrible Fake ID
After adding every detail and introducing the cardholder’s photo and markings, print out the layout making sure the sides are adjusted accurately. Using an X-Acto or Stanley sharp edge, cover the card to 0.76mm thick, taking advantage of several layers of protection managed on the side. On the other hand, print the front and back of your scannable fake id on isolated card/paper. Glue the sides to the heavier cardstock, aiming to make it look like the thickness of plastic cardstock.

Stage 5: Override your ID
Cover the front and back of the card with a thick cover. Use the fillet tool to trim the edges of the mulch and card sandwiches (if any). Using a quick-setting clear paste, seal the edges of the card. When the paste has set, use a guillotine or a very sharp blade to rearrange the edges to a card size of 86 x 54 mm. Use an emery board or fingernail to record any unpleasant spots.

So far, you’ve done about 3 hours of tinkering with BitTorrent, Photoshop or Artist. Obviously, making a convincing scannable fake id at home is basically impossible.
