Fake ID website shuts down

US lawmakers press China after Fox dossier test

stone. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) — A Chinese website discovered by FOX 2 that sold scannable fake IDs is currently down. Insightful columnist Chris Hayes understands how U.S. representatives can mediate after our most memorable report.

Our fake IDs were packed in Chinese disguised packages to get through customs. The package was very much like a wallet before I pulled up the fake box base and opened my new id card fake.

Four U.S. representatives, including Dick Durbin of Illinois, took action. They kept in touch with the Chinese envoys to conduct inspections.

“After we communicated a letter against the site, they shut it down,” said MP Durbin. “I can’t say if the letter is genuine, but basically we stand out.”

Suppose you look at the real ID and our scannable fake ID, they are very similar in nature. We tracked some small changes. Take a look at our fakes and you’ll see “blue” instead of “blue” eyes. The real ID is initially obvious. Investigate small country seals and you’ll find our fakes.

In the dim light normally used to distinguish id card fakes, the distinctions are barely discernible. Put the fake in low light and you’ll try to see hidden healthy highlights, like the condensed delivery status on the back.

Durbin said he immediately thought it was a bigger problem than underage drinking. “I think about people who get on planes, people who say they have good company and have enough effective personalities to help them get through the line. That thing nullifies the meaning of airport security,” he understood.

A Chinese website called makingafakeid.com is the most famous fake dealer. Durbin added that despite the conclusion, “this is not the end of the story. There will be different sources and different destinations. We have to be careful.”

Durbin said it’s important not only to take other vendors of making a fake ID seriously, but to further develop the way the US makes real IDs.
